All pictures taken with Nikon 35mm in Sea&Sea housing 20mm 24mm 24mm x 80mm zoom lens 2 Ikellite 400 strobes,or still from Sony DCC 1000 with 2X 50W TO 150W HAL tubes.

About 2000/1 JJ, poor Ted was killed in a terrorist bomb attack on the Ghazala Gardens hotel,Sharm el Sheikh in 2005,a great diving buddy for over 10 years sadly missed.

Yes, I do remember you mentioning about poor Ted. That was a very sad and a great loss to his family and friends. Tragic how the innocent have to suffer so often in all this mayhem.

Yes agree Mike although Ted thats what I called him, he was a Muslim and a Egyptian and one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.And when we was both underwater we had a wonderful rapport.Somehow we always new what each other was thinking,he was great holding my lights.And new what I was going to do sometimes before I knew myself.A great diver and buddy and a true real friend,and sadly missed.

So do I Bruce but hope to get back to Sharm next Year for Teds memorial service.A few of his friends,and the diving school have asked me to go,and the service will be held at the Ras um sid reef.Mine and Ted favourite reef,so hoping I will get below just one more time, just to say goodby to a good mate.
