If you chuck your watches into a safe instead of keeping them neat, in a tray or box(es), then maybe it makes some sense. It seems like a decent thing to have it you're the type of person who drops their watch into a sock drawer...but if you do that, then you probably don't care enough to spend $25 on a plastic protector.

The ones supplied during transit are bezel protectors. The one the OP linked is different where it covers the whole case.

just duct tape the box to your wrist...just make sure you tape over the Rolex logo so people dont know its a Rolex...
