I tried one one but I was surprised the bracelet wasn't as comfortable to me as the new Santos de Cartier. But I love the look of it.

Yes feeling it on the outside my fingers did catch some rough edges but wearing it flush on the skin it was just amazing!

Few days of real life use will tell me I suppose!

I was almost considering one to get some day, the skeleton, but not the tourbillon which is too much cash, but unfortunately it's on leather and you can't even put the bracelet on that model, too bad as I really like it, but I would want it on bracelet. In any case incredible how thin they are, compared to them my 5712 looks like a Richard Mille 011...

Yeah when I tried them on the skeleton was the standout for me. Price is very reasonable too.

I've had the opportunity to check out the ultra thin and the skeleton a few times - looks to be comfortable, lightweight, and they're just generally interesting and cool pieces but not my cup of tea personally. The skeleton is definitely the best of the bunch.

Giving this thread a bump.... OP , or anyone else who owns one on bracelet, how does it wear (esp comfort) after several months of ownership?

Hoping others pipe in.

Have had these several months now. I can attest to their quality and comfort on the wrist.

Go for it.

Just saw Baselworld announcement of their new Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT. Amazing piece.

I predict they are going after the grail of the thinnest Perpetual Calendar next. No connection to Bulgari or inside info!

Bumping this thread.....in case anyone has one of these pieces and can let us know how they wear over time? Tried one on in store and it felt utterly incredible but I’m almost concerned it’s too good to be true?

Brilliant watch. Have had it for a year. Give it a go!

Tried on the new chronograph as well. That is amazing too.

I am about to pull the trigger on one of these myself. Also ordering the leather strap in addition to the bracelet. I got to wear the SS version on the strap for a couple of days. It was incredibly comfortable.

I really like the chrono gmt...can you put a strap on that one as well or just the bracelet?

I asked that question. The answer was an yes. They have a new watch leather strap to fit the 42mm case.

Bulgari Octo Finissimo Automatic Ti

Tried on the titanium and new ceramic today (sorry didn’t take a pic of the ceramic). The ceramic was just too blacked out for me- had trouble easily reading the time. The titanium was very cool. Feather light , super thin, sleek sandblasted case. Two little things that bothered me were the lack of minute markers and just how broad it spread out on the wrist - not necessarily a bad thing , just didn’t 100% sing to me today. May try it on in the future .

(6.75 inch wrist )

Very interesting watch, not sure how the resale is for these watches.
Are they easy to find used?

I like mine as a casual summertime watch — no microadjust but the light weight helps to manage being slightly too loose.

Had this for a little less than a year.

At first I was afraid to wear it as it felt frail but the more I wear it the more I “trust” it. Super comfortable.

If you want something shiny this is not the model, it does however have big presence.

I’m sure in the last year the prices have crept up a little. My local Bvlgari AD had a drawer full
Of them, and there appears to be a fair few on C24 and the like. I wonder where resale will be after the hype dies down or if Bvlgari cannot/ do not develop any more horological breakthroughs for this particular collection

Bulgari Octo Finissimo Automatic Ti

Resale value is probably going to be terrible compared to Rolex/Patek and Royal Oaks but there will be some kind of demand for some time. Maybe even increasing with time if Bulgari is consistent and people start to talk about these on SM, it is after all horoligicaly significant and a unique design.

But do buy with bracelet, don’t know what they cost separately. Bracelet is half the experience with this watch.
