Customers of Rolex are upper-class income group individuals who have an inclination towards the luxury goods and live a lavish life. These are the customers either are from higher income strata of the society (irrespective of any age group) or are from the business family in the age group of 30-60 years.

Interesting read — and correlation between customer needs, exclusivity, and availability.

For sure the high points - but are the revolving customer needs pointed more towards exclusivity or availability??

Hey - I get it. I’ve been in the watch ‘game’ a long time....but...to me those terms are polar opposites!!! So which will it be!?!

Sadly now 4 in 5 Rolex customers are just those that can get five grand worth of credit.

they market the SS models which are "unavailable" thus creating artificial demand

"We dont have SS Daytona's but we have plenty of YG, RG, and PT ones" lol
