ALS 1815 Chronograph Boutique

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the 1815 Chronograph Boutique edition for less than $43k? New, unworn.

Boutiques don't discount. Pre-owned these trade at retail. EWC had one this week and it was sold within a day.
