1075 Destro arrival

I’ve been interested in the destro references for some time, but it was this model that spurred me to jump on it. The dial texture is the most interesting feature, while the dial color will probably evoke mixed emotions from different people. In all cases, however, it is an interesting conversation starter. Thanks for looking.

Many congrats! Very cool new reference. The two bases look so dynamic next to one other.

Thank you very much, Cru! I appreciate you commenting.
I realize my pics aren’t great, especially in that case where the dial looks to have too much of a yellow hue...which isn’t the case in reality. I’ll try pics again in better lighting another time.

Thank you, mailman! That was a driving motivation, to have something that complements the 372 in a yin yang sort of way.

Thank you greatly, Samson66. I wonder how long before I give into the temptation of wearing a Pam on each wrist

As suggested by Steven, here are some lume shots I quickly took after “charging” the dial with the phone flashlight.
NOTE: I tried to attach the larger picture files for a better view, but this site kept rejecting based on size criteria (despite cropping as much as possible).
I’ll post the better pics on Instagram. Anyway, I think you get a reasonable sense from these pics. The last 2 pics are with ambient light coming from the hallway when my wife opened the door on me while taking pics...and, yes, it did look suspicious :)
