Double Sealed meaning? And little brown box

I've been browsing around at Aquanauts and I'm slightly confused about the lingo. What does double and single sealed mean? What are those little brown boxes with the barcodes on them? Does that mean it was recently serviced by Patek? Please excuse me of my lack of knowledge on this subject. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

All the best,

Glenn

Pateks come from Geneva to the PP dealer in a brown box, inside that is a sealed bag around the foam piece that the watch sits on. Single sealed means the box's seal was cut open and just the plastic bag remains sealed.

Forgot to insert my opinion. It doesn't matter if you trust the seller. Don't buy a double sealed watch to wear. You'll likely pay a premium that disappears when you open it. If you work with an AD you can go there and cut the seal yourself.
