Insert for 6538 FOUR LINE SUB 1957

This should take the Red Triangle insert, correct?

I think you might be surprised by the cost for such a trinket.

So, Michael, what may one expect to pay for such an item, say, in the condition of the two pictured above? North of $10k? Or more?

In the condition illustrated? More. Although, in my opinion, the no-hash insert on the left is more appropriate to a slightly earlier watch-- say a ref. 6200, 6204/5 or first-generation 6538 or 6536 (around 1xx,xxx serial, or lower). There is another, different, variant of the no-hash with a wider red triangle that could be appropriate here, but very rare.
