Big congrats on this beauty. One of the nicest condition of 1675 I have seen so far.

This wonderful acquisition reminds me of the discovery and purchase of a 1970 Porsche 911S with 700 original miles. The conundrum is whether to preserve an absolutely correct historical object as a resource, or to enjoy the thrill of driving a new car as a time warp. There is no correct answer to this question because there are totally valid arguments that mitigate for either course of action. Regardless, most if us would enjoy being in the position of having to make that difficult decision. Good luck and congratulations!

Nope, not in my opinion. Unless it was bought really right. You have another one to wear. I get it that watches are meant to be worn, but this is a tough one.

Different opinions on this watch. I can understand both. I know, watches are made to be worn and I am not the guy who collects watches with stickers on it to put them in the safe.

But this piece is too perfect for me and I don´t want to put the first ding in it.... :-))

Fortunately I have some more 1675 to wear every day. Maybe I wear this one on very special days (or hours).....

Thanks again for all your great feedback

The patina on the hands and the dial has a wonderful vintage allure.
