Is this 1603 dial original?

Hi guys,
Just want to see if this dial been redial before??
The guys told me that everything is originally and it has been serviced by Rolex service centre before.

But the words on the dial seems abit off to me, I don't know if it is the font or space between the letters.
Also, I saw most of the 1600,1601,1603 dials come with luminous dots.
However, I don't see any on this one .

Hopefully you guys could help me out and I will be happy to know the reason as well.

Not original. It has been refinished and without the luminous dots on the markers.

Not all dials had lume dots on the markers. Sometimes the only lume was on the hands

True. But for these vintage pie-pan DateJust dials, they have luminous dots on the markers 10000000000000000% of the time.
