watch-related necklace

Was in New York and visited Chelsea Market (highly recommend). Went into the independent artists shop and happened upon this piece.

The husband and wife team take old, used movements and fashion them into different types of jewelry. I chose this one specifically because of the small stature; it's about the size of a St. Christopher pendant.

Always wear my necklaces under my shirt, and figured this is one pretty cool souvenir that speaks to what I'm passionate about. My wife was like "you have to get that! It's a conversation starter". SOLD!

Cool! I also like cufflinks with mini watch movements.

That's a nice concept, I like it. I'll always be fascinated by the inner workings of a mechanical timepiece. I've never thought of one being a pendant before but love it!

That’s cool! I’ll have to keep a look out for something similar on my next trip.

It’s great to see old watch pieces brought back to life in various formats.

Have some cufflinks in a similar fashion.
