Incoming 5968g green

A bit big for my wrist but couldn’t refuse it when my AD offered it to me.

That is an absolute stunner, huge congrats. I just had the same problem with the 5168 I do think it is a little big for my skinny 7in wrist but how can you refuse!

A bit top heavy. Not as comfortable to wear as a 5711 1a or 5167a, but I guess that is to be expected on a heavy golden watch on a rubber strap.

Beautiful watch. Love the Green. I wore my 5167 in to AD recently to pick up the 5968 Blue. Weight and size difference is noticeable but both wear well and the G is not so heavy as to be uncomfortable. Expect both to get lots of wrist time over the summer

Green is definitely more casual. Not a watch you can wear with a suit. The blue is more formal and more versatile.

If part of a very small watch collection, I would go blue. If you already have many blue watches, a green patek is a great addition. But in the end, both are great watches, no wrong decision either way.

I would not spend the money on this watch with a 15cm wrist. There are much better options like 5167, 5164 or older watches like 5165, 5065, 5066…
