"Member" vs "TRF Member"

I've noticed that a number of users on TRF are described as "Member" whilst a number are described as "TRF Member". Obviously I'm ignoring the pledge members but what is the distinction and underlying reason of these two categories ?

If you 'earn' enough infraction points then your status is adjusted to Member, with the various limitations that this entails, for the duration of the infraction, which might range from days to months (depending on the reason for the infraction or how many have been issued previously or are still active).

Thank-you, Adam. I did wonder if it was something like that. Am I imagining that users of "Member" status have their pictures hidden too ? I'm just curious.

Giving infractions is a really minor aspect of modding here, compared to the chasing up reports of scammers and keeping the place safe as we can for members to buy and sell watches. If someone's going to be a pain in the butt while we do that, then they'll get some points so we can move on with the important stuff
