Endlinks anyone...

Hey all, what is the difference between 501b endlinks and 580 and 593?

They all seem the same to me. From what iv gathered, 501b are the earlier and 593 the latest of the hollow end links for a 93150 bracelet.

Anyone have some more info on endlinks?

Also has anyone ever tried putting SELs in a sub that has the holes through the lugs? Does it work?

I'm not sure that there is a right or wrong answer here..

With the 93150 bracelet, most sport watches can use the 501b's.

The 580's are correct for a 5513

593's are correct for a 16800/168000

593's are not the "latest" as the 14060M Sub still comes with a 93150 with 501b endlinks..

It probably has to do with actual lug thickness, and for Rolex, the perfect fit for each of those cases would take the factory designated end-link, although all would probably work.. the 501b's were also used on other "thin case" watches, such as the Exp II, or the GMT when the 93150 was fitted.

Thanks Larry. That is some very useful information. End pieces are one of the more confusing and mysterious parts. Many different numbers will fit on the same bracelet or on the same watch.

The reference charts we know about are very incomplete.

For example, I have a 7835 folded link bracelet that has 361 end pieces. I can't find 361 listed in any of the charts.

Do you know what model or models they are on originally?

I don't know, except to say that many of the same endlinks are used on different bracelets, depending on the end watch.. and the reverse too. 7835 bracelets were used on different models with only an endlink change..

361's don't show up on the professional line as a standard end-link, so I would look for Datejust or Turn-o-Graph charts.. Tudors also used Rolex bracelets and may have had their own end-links.

Here is a chart provided by Nikos for our Reference Library.

I found a bracelet online that has "385" endlinks. I have never heard of 385 on a SD. Has anyone else? The bracelet looks to be correct but the endlinks have me wondering.
