I once read (perhaps on TRF? Hodinkee? some lawsuit even?) that Rolex SA is comprised of several smaller companies. Whether Rolex USA is owned by Rolex SA (Geneva), I'm not sure- but I do know that Rolex USA has its own president.

What's the corporate hierarchy?

Rolex (and their HQ) are based in Geneva, Switzerland. Everything else is just a branch - bigger geographical locations like US might have their own legal companies, but most ADs (at least in Central Europe) are just doing business with Rolex SA.
