Hi Guys,
I have a family lunch on the 9th in St Johns Wood so could possibly make a few beers afterwards if we could meet some where in/near the West End?

I am lucky enough to be going to QP with Nathan on the 7th.

Having said all of that don't change plans on my accounts if the majority want to go to Dickens.

Hope to catch up on the 9th.

Gabriel

Hi guys, not sure I can make this one. Looks like I have to work that Saturday.

I will try to pop in for a drink if I can, but depends on the day.

Just to add I think its The Lord Mayor's Show on the 9th so the City/Embankment will be a bit slow.

With so few of us going I think it's best to go with the flow on the day but if anyone does want a table booked anywhere please let me know and I'll do my best to arrange it.

Looking forward!

Been dormant on the forum for a while (new baby, relocated, etc...) but I am looking forward to attend Salon QP (from the USA!) and seeing some familiar friends (and meeting some new ones!) at this GTG.

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=203314

Dan/Spuds, as usual, a BIG THANKS for organizing and your hospitality....I will see you all on Saturday at the Salon or at the pub/Dickens Inn...

Warmest regards,
Paul "Aye Carumba"

Hey Paul

Congrats on new baby. My daughter arrived in April so we have not just our names in common.
Saturday should be a great day for Talking watches having a few beers.

Paul

Dan & Paul,
I'll join you guys.... booked same hotel.
No tickets for Salon QP yet, but will buy one at the door like last year. It wasn't a problem then so I'm thinking it won't be one now either.

One last check...

Dear Friends,

One last quick check before I head off to the airport!

Paul: CONGRATS on the new baby girl! I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures and catching up!

Dan: I will be in touch once we arrive!

Best to all...looking forward seeing everyone and enjoying the premiere watch event outside Baselworld.

Hi Geert
I will call you when I get my car parked and bags dropped off at the hotel. I expect to be near tower bridge by midday saturday. Then grabbing a cab with Dan over to Sloan Square. Town will be slow moving due to LMS.
See you tomorrow

I had a marvellous day yesterday !
Started off with having a drink with Kev (111forza) at The Phoenix. Then Dan (Spuds) and Paul (BH13GMT) joined us. From The States we were then joined by Paul (Aye Carumba) and his friend Dave (......."he'll join TRF soon!). Kev left us to catch his train home and was replaced by Steve (DiamondJack) and Gabriel (Swearengen). Brilliant drinks and watchtalk all around. Steve thanks for bringing and showing us some of your wonderful timepieces
We all split up doing different things....
Evening: Dan, Paul, Paul, Dave and myself had drinks at The Dickens and afterwards went for a fantastic meal at an Indian restaurant.
Thanks to all of you for just making it a lovely day!

Well yet again a brilliant time with great friends old and new....
Kev and Dave it was a pleasure to meet you both and huge thanks and massive respect to Aye Carumba Paul and Dave for travelling all the way from The States, and to Geert for travelling in too.

Sorry I've not got any pics of QP nor The Phoenix (we all know I'm crap at posting pictures!) but here's the crew that made it to The Dickens and then The Mala later in the evening.

Left to Right there's Dave, Aye Carumba Paul, myself, BH13 GMT Paul and Geert.

Thank you again USA-Paul for the gifts and chocolates, and Geert thank you for the chocolates too..... And sincere thanks for coming guys it was a great weekend and I look forward to the next one already!
