Watch winders expertise required.

I recently purchased this beautiful watch winder off a friend. The winder has multiple settings. I noticed that 1 rotates more than the other. The first setting would rotate for a while then stop for a while, then goes on. The last setting keeps moving and the ones in between are in between I guess. I have a Daytona 16520 and an IWC Pilot on the winder and have no idea which setting to use. Would the one with minimum power suffice, or would I need to go full throttle?

If I use the last setting (that doesn't stop), would it do any harm? Should I be concerned. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Oh and there is one counter clockwise setting while the rest are clockwise.

I looked everywhere for a guide for this particular model and couldn'd find anything. I would appreciate any help! It's a 2 watch "Ferragenta" winder. I want to know what each setting does and which one to use.

Okay, so I figured out that both watches wind bi-directionaly and need 650 turns per day.

I found this and if there are 1440 minutes per day and the watches rotate about 15 times every 2 minutes (every 8 including when it rests), that's 2700 turn per day.
