Wonder why GMT gold jubilee hasn’t been reintroduced?

The nipple dial GMT, TT or all gold Jubilee GMT’s and a few others were iconic watches and arguably more popular back in the day than the SS variants.

I wonder why Rolex has refrained from bringing back these timeless historical variants?

We all wonder why rolex does or doesn’t do certain things.

Or maybe Rolex will really dig into the archives… and bring back the full-gold GMT… President. Bonus points since those bracelets already exist (though I guess all the parts for a jubilee do, too).

A modern solid gold GMT on jubilee would be special.
But I selfishly like having my Serti 16758 on jubilee that is fairly unique from every other vintage or modern Rolex.

The return of the YG GMT in a YG Jubilee would be great!

Me too !! It would be an amazing piece.

That sir is what I mean, your 16758 is pure class and its rather surprising Rolex hasn’t reintroduced this variant or at least a TT jubilee on the standard GMT. All Gold jubilee would also be sublime blended with the current crop of GMT. We know Rolex has their ceramic sleeve technology to counter the foibles of older solid gold jubilee bracelets

Come on Rolex!

Me too, and I can’t figure out why they haven’t released “any” solid gold jubilee bracelets yet.

I’ll admit that I’ve dreamed of a full gold jubilee for my 116718 many many times. It would be fantastic to have as an option.
