Show your Kanji watch
I think the Kanji Date-Day from Seiko is ubercool and I am planning to pick one up next business trip. I am planning to buy new, they are so shiny, can’t wait!

I like Japan a lot and a JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) watch will be like a very special souvenir to me.

Who else has a JDM Kanji watch? Please share a wrist pic or just any photo of your favourite model! I will share mine once I have it!

I much prefer the Kanji as it really looks the vintage Seiko part...and I figure I can usually remember what day it is!

They are both beautiful pieces, thanks for posting! Something about the left one, maybe the rectangular case, makes it very attractive. It looks in very good condition despite it’s age.

Haha yes, I can imagine. Luckily I read Japanese so for me no problem. But I would feel the same if it was Arabic. Thanks for posting! Maybe this dive watch is nice to accompany my Explorer.

One of the first mass production chronographs and one of my all time favourites. This one is all original (even the crystal) and unpolished. Dial could use some cleaning up though. Look forward to seeing your acquisition.

The Kanji and English Saturdays are also blue on my new Grand Seiko, too, but it's a darker, more subtle blue, and only noticeable in bright light or close-up pics.
