Looking at a DSSD for next watch in my small collection. Biggest watch I own is currently a PAM243 and I'm wondering how they compare? Anybody happen to own both? Maybe even have a pic of them side by side? Feedback appreciated.

Hey Bugsy...

I own both.

I have thought of flipping my 243 about 1000 times...Just can't do it...still wear it.

It's a "J" - T dial and newer quick strap change system (instead of screws)

It's big...it's clunky...but I really like it.

Some people don't like then DSSD for those reasons...you might hear "unbalanced" or bracelet tapers too much etc...

I just think it's a cool watch - bracelet adjustments are the best on the DSSD.

Not sure about the actual specs but visually the watch heads are about the same size - your 243 might sit a tad higher on the wrist.

More metal to the DSSD so it has a little more wrist presence.

If the sun is out today I'll try to get some shots of both...

A pre-loved DSSD should be in your future!

I have a PAM305 and a DSSD. They are an amazing duo IMO.

Bugsy, both are great pieces... I just purchased a 305 to replace my one year old DSSD. 305 is bigger, but they wear similar. DSSD is definitely chunky, but you're used to that with the 243.

I'm selling my DSSD (not listed yet) and I see you are local (I'm in Westchester)... I will send you a PM.
