Change of bracelet clasp on Yacht Master

I have a new yellow gold Yacht Master. The clasp on my watch is the old style, a typical fold-over. I see that the current models have a new type of clasp which allows fine adjustments. Is there a clasp kit to retrofit the new clasp to an old style watch? I know that there is no yellow gold Yacht Master made any longer, but thought that there might be another watch with the same width band in yellow gold, so that a replacement clasp could be retrofitted. I would appreciate any feedback.

You can fit any sports model YG clasp. Problem is getting one.
Aftermarket is probably the best option
