Frederick Constant for Swiss Made dress watch within that budget. Joma Shop had a deal the other day on their moon phase dress watch. Nice watch on a strap.

If I wasn't a watch guy I would get an Apple watch.

Cannot beat Seiko as others suggested. Lots of options in his budget with Seiko.
