1033 - so nice

I am currently holidaying on the island of Gran Canaria.

Whilst out & about, stumbled across this little Panerai AD.

Just thought I’d ‘take a look’ as you do.... to much moaning & groaning from the family tagging along.

“Ahh Dad, not ANOTHER watch shop... “

“Here’s a few Euro’s go and get an ice cream...I’ll be 5 minutes....” lol

Have to say I was really taken with a beautiful blue dialled GMT Pam1033

Never seen one in the flesh before.

The sunburst dial was quite something.

I didn’t pull the trigger on this visit, but I’m here another week yet so watch this space...lol

It’s a beauty in your wrist...go for it!

Please note, however, that the dial is sunbrushed, not sunburst...there is a marked difference between this blue sunbrushed dial and the old blue sunburst dials...

Great looking watch. Go back and negotiate and get it. What is to lose and it will really a memorable piece to the vacation.

I'm with the rest of the guys here, its a beautiful watch very nearly bought it myself but after much deliberation I went for the 932 Radiomir.

It's a beautiful blue dial, the crown clasp cover makes it iconic and unmistakably a Pan, and the sandwich dial-lume is awesome in the dark too, .

Negotiate at least 10% from the MRSP, but I say go for it. Notwithstanding not every Panerai boutique has them. My boutique here in jeddah (a city of 3 million people) only got issued 2, which both sold within a month. In order to view the 1033 I had to have sent down from Riyadh a 600 mile journey.

Here is a reminder of what a great watch it is, lying next to my 932 in the boutique, plus a little lume shot.

It's a great watch mate.

Go for it,it’s a beauty

You won’t post here expecting us to say “don’t buy it” right?

The analogy will be,you won’t held an alcoholic anonymous meeting in a pub
