T.O GTG attendees: What was that Panny I wore on loan from Classic Time?

Remember that 40mm Radiomir that I had on for half the night courtesy of Nezam. Most of you guys were drooling over that, so what's the deal? What was so special about it?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it was a PAM 62. It's 40mm and the case is white gold. It's now out of production, and when it was made it was a low volume run. Pretty rare.

RogerF - from the reading I have done on Panerai in the last 5 odd weeks I have to say they are one of the more difficult brands to get a handle on... lots of numbers to remember, then theres the Historic and Contemporary editions and the Radiomirs fit in too...

Will really do your head in.......

This 62 was really nice.
40mm Rad. It has the 4 digits 3-6-9 and 12, with a second hand dial just inside the 9.
The date was in the 4 area, non magnified.
Very sweet. I asked about buying it, but the price was a bit higher than I am willing to go at this time.
I will post a picture tonight.

Thomas, your Roger Dupuis looks way better in person than in the photos.
Bracelet needs to be expanded a bit fit me though

Hey John! Great meeting you Saturday. The Dupuis fit me really well actually, I agree much better in person and I definately liked it better than Thomas's beater AP!

I nearly forgot about that. I agree, the RD did look much nicer in person than in the pics. Enjoy it, Thomas. It's a keeper in my book.
