I think one has to wear a nautilus for a day to understand its comfort and "silken" feel. The 14790st and 15202st also come close.

It can be as silky as a grotesquely photoshopped instagram model in the flesh; in my opinion no watch with friction pins in the bracelet is worth the kind of premium 5711 commands atm. There’s simply no justification whatsoever for that kind of cost-saving muppetry when compared to the build quality of Royal Oaks of any ref.

You could tell the 5711 was probably fake from the dial's horizontal bars, PP only made them in that thicker style for a year or so but that was the year the fakers copied it for many years after so whenever I see that style I suspect it is not real.
