Expert advice needed for the dial of a Tudor 74100 "Jumbo"

Hello everybody,
I own since the 90'ies this Tudor 74100. I think the dial is repainted and not original. Assuming it is not original my question is: is it repainted copying an original design or it is just invented? I bought it many years ago in Singapore. I browse a bit on internet but never seen a 74100 with such dial and hands.
Grateful if you could express an opinion.
Luca
