I like these logo dials. They were very common in the late 70s/early 80s (if I'm off on the dates, please correct me). Similar to Domino's Pizza dial. Obviously, not as desirable as mid-east dials, but still very cool. I personally like smaller production 'oil companies' datejust dials. Too bad IBM only did back case engraving instead of the logo on the dial

Beautiful watches guys!
Often this logo is confused with Pan Am - the defunct airline. Pool Intairdril is an oil and gas company. The logo is actually a 'P' and an 'I' combined. |
