It looks ok, but why has the lume gone on the 24 hour hand and the second hand, but looks pristine on the hour and minute hands?????
Maybe water ingress?? You need to get the caseback off and look inside... It could be a watch made up from parts or some parts swapped out. I don't like the look of what appears to be corrosion spots on the case between the lugs.
