Surprised to see new 5136 1G at Patek London
Was picking up my 5712 1a after its 5y service at the Patek salon in London and noticed a new 5136 1G in one of the displays. Asked how come they sell such long discontinued reference and a sales lady told me Patek made this watch in 2018 as a one off. Didn’t know Patek did this.
Beautiful watch, tried it on but too small for me. Price around gbp80k. They also still had a 5140P. Call them if interested. |

They do produce discontinued references but no one knows how many they produce. Earlier this year the Salon offered me a 3878J which was discontinued over 20 years ago, I was told it was a one off made for a big collector who backed out after trying the watch.

I'd love it if my AD called and said, "I don't have your 5711 yet, but I did just receive a new 3700 you might be interested in."

It was the Patek Salon in London. I can't recall the exact price but it was some where between £ 62000 - £ 68000.
