Can anyone tell me how hard these are too fit ? , where can I buy them ?.

Having been to Rolex UK today and being told yes we can fit them, but only if you have the watch fully serviced, My first thought was well it doesn't need a service so no thanks, While the guy was.working on another watch of ours my opinion changed, So I said would you charge me for the service and two links but only fit the links,I don't want a service but will pay to get the links,That was NO as well.
