Advice needed on local 5513

Hi All,

A 5513 from 1976 popped up today locally and I would like a second opinion. The watch has a 1980's service dial and hands which appear to have aged reasonably well. Other than that the watch is supposed to be all original, including domed crystal. Looks like it's had a number of polishings over the years. Any opinions or feedback would be appreciated. List price is $4700... Buy or no buy? I would plan on wearing this as a daily beater... any 'Nasties' jump out at you?
