Rolex 1803 movement. Please help

Hi guys. Looking to buy my very first vintage Rolex 1803 and desperate need your advice.

1/ I heard that Rolex 1803 has 2 kind of movements. The early movement come without purple gears and it is a rare movement. Is that correct?

2/ Please look at the below pictures and advise whether the movement in the first picture is real?

3/ I heard that 1803 has 2 kind of hands - sharp or rectangle. Mine has rectangle hands and I'm wondering if they are original?

4/ In overall, please advice how many percent of my watch is original?

Your advice is highly appreciated
Forrest
