16613 dial faded to near green

A customer came in today with this 16613, A serial#. The worn out band needs serious attention, but the dial has turned a color I have never seen before. It's a teal, maybe aqua color. You can see darker areas around the outside edge, and around the hand stack area. Have any of you ever seen a Sub blue dial fade to this color?

I've seen early blue nipple dials fade to green like that. This dial though has me questioning things...a few things look a little off.

I thought the SWISS - T<25 looked a little thick and uneven myself. The case and movement are without a doubt genuine. The hands certainly don't match the lume on the dial either.

I've been looking a lot closer at this watch, and it has some very odd details. Case and caseback both appear genuine. The movement is also genuine, but it's a 3035. If I'm correct, an "A" serial number watch would have a 3135 wouldn't it? Also, the engraving font between the lugs doesn't appear to be correct. They are definitely engraved by pantograph, not laser, but all of the 1's are simple straight lines. They do not have the "hook" on the top left. The numbers are also taller than they should be. Next, the band is stamped 93153 on one side, and 78390 on the other. The 78390 is a stainless Daytona band reference. The clasp is genuine, but it's a 93250. I am beginning to think this watch was possibly converted from an earlier stainless Sub to a two tone, with the reference # and serial number removed and re-engraved. I also now believe the dial to either be fake or refinished at best.

I think that the word Submariner is going upwards a little on the end, compared to the feet/meters line underneath it (If I'm not mistaken). Wich is odd.

Fake or poorly refinished dial and fake hands. The plots are all fake.

Hands and dial are fake or aftermarket. Not Rolex.
