Perpetual Oyster question

Hi All,

Newbie to this forum.

I have the option to buy this watch, but am doing some due diligence first.

Does the dial look original? Any red flags re: originality? Hands look okay?

Anyone know the caliber (without seeing the movement) or model?

Age?

Thanks

Dial looks like a bad refinish from first photo.

You might be right,, though much of the distortions in the writing are due to scratches in the crystal. See the photo. This photo was so bad that I asked for another, which is the one I originally posted.
