My experience:
Old version arabic choc: sporty but just too much going on, really dark in all but bright daylight.
New choc: less going on, white lumed indexes make great contrast .
Contrast between choco and black subdials (much) weaker then Rolex renders suggest.
Black dial, pink subs: beautiful dial but you end up with a black watch with just a few rosegold elements.
Yours : the perfect one ! Best contrast, readability and complimenting the rosegold case. One thing i did not like was only in very bright direct sunlight the sunburst effect in this dial looked a little too shiny and maybe cheap.
(Did you spot the black chrono hand? A very nice detail , all the other dials for this reference have a rosegold chrono hand)

I'm going to check with you when I decide to go for one of these, great dials and advice!!!

Ha. I love the Daytona but do not really care much for Rolex RG, BUT this is the only RG configuration of the Daytona I do like! However, I would personally take the YG or WG version with a similar dial over this one. But I still like it. I personally do not like the chocolate dials.

Looks great on you too!

How'd you get all the dials? Will ADs sell dials of the same model? I thought this wasn't allowed.

I'm not a Daytona guy, but I really like this combo. Very nice!

I love it. I wear a RG DD with a pink dial. It is a great combination, as far as I’m concerned. The RG gives it a softer look, but the dial creates an amazing blend of colors. The more I wear it, the more I love it. I love the pink hue of the dial when in the sun. Hopefully, you will too.

It helps having a good relationship with your local AD’s watchmaker ;) and most European AD’s are not as insanely rigid as the US ones.
