Does this movement look mouldy?

I was wondering if this looks like mould to any of you guys.. it's a vintage sea master and I'm not too experienced with these and am wondering if there is anything about this that would be alarming to anyone in the know. Thanks!

Far from an expert here but it looks like the rotor is rubbing causing metallic dust inside the movement, I might be way off but that's my guess.

It's all mold. The whole thing. You should send it to me for proper disposal.

The rubbing rotor is more of an issue to me.
