Incoming! Speedmaster Pro Moonphase vs BLNR

Just received my Speedy Pro Moonphase. The blue 'sky' pops in the right light and Moonphase is cool even if mostly pointless! BLNR is currently sulking in the drawer after being worn non stop for over a year. The call of it is strong but Speedy rules for now...

Hi Steve, that’s a beauty! I have been looking at that too, but every omega AD I called didn’t have it in stock! Did you have to wait for it? Also did you get any discount or paid MRSP? They said no discounts to me when I spoke to them!

Its still listed on Omega website and local AD has it in the catalogue but said they could not get one (tried the current 44mm Moonphase whilst there but it's too big for me). I emailed Omega and they confirmed it is now discontinued so this one is pre owned from a dealer.

Oh nice. Well doubt I’ll be getting my hands on one soon then! They did say they could order it in for me. 4-6 weeks....

I like it.

And I love a moon phase. Great and very neat complication.

Will be nice in a rotation with the BLNR

Looks great. The Speedmaster is a cool watch that is a lot of fun to own and wear.

BLNR? Is that a Soviet era agency?
