Whats the secondary market for Omega...

Hey forum. Appreciate the immense amount of knowledge and passion for watches here at rolex forums...I am looking at a couple of watches and also wanting to sell one. Could any of you let me know what the market is (cost wise...a range is fine) these days for the following Omega's:

Speedy Tuesday new or lnib?

Speedy Co-Axial 9900?

Seamaster Co-Axial Master Chrono 8900?

I know that I can see watches for sale on the "for sale" part of forum but that is not always indicative of what the real market is.

Thanks for any help!

The pricing there in the for sales is very indicative of the market right now if you average pricing over a couple different listings for the same watch. Just think you can negotiate ~$200-$500 maybe in pricing to give you a better estimate on most ads that are consistent ignoring the scams (too good to be true) and dreamers (uneducated fishing high listings).

Offerings from sellers on TRF and other channels of distribution are the market. I recommend that you review offerings from all of the sites and sellers you believe are trustworthy enough to do business with, and then consider those prices as the answer.

Depending on the watch, Omega is a good value in the used market if you are a buyer. If you are a seller and paid close to retail you will get your feelings hurt on a non LE model. A complete, pre-owned, modern Omega typically sells for 40-50% off original retail. Once you own the piece at that level of discount if you were to trade you will lose another 8-15%. This has been my own personal experience in both buying and selling.

Search watchrecon.com for your wishlist. It will show all recent listings from this site as well as several other popular watch sites. Chrono24 will have mostly dealer listings.
The Speedy Tuesday is the only "hot" seller on your list, expect to pay $2-3K over MSRP.
