Silver romans for the win. Black has the edge if baguettes however.

How about the silver motif dial? It is a compromise between the two.

Personally, I think the deconstructed romans and the fluted bezel were just made for each other, so that's the direction I would (and did) go.

pairing to a strap & dial- matching your get- up

for me, if i have to choose,.

I’ll take the silver dial.
Lighter combination (silver & yellow) are more descent compare
to a black & yellow combination.

Since it’s a DD-YG, meaning, when wearing it should be like on a formal or even a semi- formal occasions. Wearing a white long sleeves esp on a suit. or even on a blue jean (& white shirt)- stunning!

With that black & yellow combination,. for me,..look nice & elegant during descent night time partying in a bar, wearing all black get-up!

But at the end of the day, it’s all your decision to make.

I’ve posted earlier that I think the black is better option. I had the silver romans.

To throw a wrench in...maybe consider RG and a different dial??

My vote goes to Silver with the deconstructed romans.
The only other thing to consider is if you want the watch to wear bigger or smaller. The silver will wear a bit bigger IMO and the black dial will look a little smaller.
