7836 Bracelets

Hello everyone,

Looking for some help/thoughts from the bracelet experts. Recently I purchased a couple of 7836 bracelets with 382 end links. I have been told to be aware of the counterfeits but haven't been able to see much data or history of the bracelets on the web.

Starting from the top the first two bracelets front and back clasp with 380 end links and the bottom two are the bracelets with the 382 links. Focusing on the bottom two end links the 7836 and 382 markings look engraved. This is what I'm questioning, if later versions of the bracelet were made this way or are they just knock offs.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

David
