Icon8 wonder invest poland, trusted seller ?

I recently bought a panerai ceramic 8 days, PAM384 with this company in Poland. They also have a shop (?) in Kiev. According to Chrono24 this company is a trusted seller but I seriously doubt if they deserve this title. The selling part went really good, fast, proactive and I received the invoice whithin 1 hour. I asked them to send the watch (from Poland) for next day arrival. No problem according to Wonder Invest so the money was on his account January 4. After that he became really quit. On Monday he "popped up" again and mentioned that he couldn't send the watch earlier then today because of the holiday-season! So they can find time to make an invoice and collect the money but they can't send an expensive watch. Again I asked him if I would receive it the next day. "No problem". Now it's January 14 and I'm still waiting for it. They sent the watch by normal post from Poland to Holland. Unbelieveable! The excuse from Wonder Invest; I promised 2-6 workingdays. I checked several times with the Dutch Post but they garantee before January 19 (!) 15 days after Wonder Invest received my money on the account.
I contacted chrono24 a couple of times but they can't do to much. Personally I think this company shouldn't be a trusted seller. Complaints to Wonder Invest why they handled it like this are answered really short and without any sympathy.Aftersales is "not their strongest point".
For sure I will never ever buy another watch from them. Meanwhile I keep waiting for my new Panerai.....

I don't know why anyone thinks that Chrono 24 is better than eBay? Just as many scammers there and less protection for the buyer!! Good luck OP. Hope this ends on a positive note for you!!

Update?

Is there an update to your transaction with Wonder Invest Sp. z o.o.?

I saw a watch from them on Chrono24 and just started chatting with them. Its a hard to find IWC, which is why i'm talking to them.

I noticed the same thing about Wonder Chrono in Kiev & Warsaw.

I have bought and sold on Chrono24 in past, you just need to talk to seller and research them like any individual seller.

I will say my dealing with a different EU seller on Chrono24 was same, they got the money and then was extremely slow in shipping. I got everything as advertised just really slow, and not the best service after the sale.

Thanks

Best of luck getting your Pam or your money back OP. However, it's not looking good for you. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending money to questionable sellers. Was there nowhere else for you to source the Panerai?

Hi just want to share my experience..

Had contact with the seller (wonder invest zoo), regarding the Rolex cellini moonphase watch. We had a deal and i would buy the watch. I wantend to see additional pictures before we close the deal. In the add the watch was registered as “available”. I found it strange that additional pictures couldn’t be send (the pictures would be send in 5 days). After 7 days i still did not heard anything . He did not answer my calls and did not reply on my WhatsApp messages or e-mails.

Also i found out that the picture used on chrono, was a pictures that is used refers to a replica watch website!!

I dont trust the company at all!!

Wonder Invest

Polish. Maybe Ukrainian. Maybe Russian. Maybe (insert country name here)

Normal post service

Seems kosher

A quick review on Wonderinvest from my recent experience.

We agreed on a deal for a Lange watch. Instead of shipping the watch to me and dealing with shipment issues + customs issues + trust factor, I decided to travel to Poland and pick up the watch in person. Made flight and hotel reservations while trying incessantly to contact the guy. He kept refusing my calls while reading my messages. Then he responds saying he sold the watch elsewhere.

Also, he wanted to pass on the Chrono24 Trusted Checkout fees of 3% completely on me as buyer whereas Chrono24 clearly spells out that these fees are the responsibility of the seller.

The only thing worst than dealing with trust issues in an international transaction is an unreliable and flaky seller.

Avoid unless you’re in Poland and picking up the watch in person. Even then, be cautious.

The guy obviously didn't have the watch...
