Tourneau in King of Prussia, Pa is awesome!

I know Tourneau gets a bad rap it seems, but Rich and the team in King of Prussia went way above and beyond! Long story short, after a few days of ownership of my new 116610LVC, I discovered a RARE scratch on the dial. I went back in expecting them to tell me I'd have to send it out and pay for servicing/new dial. NOPE!! They swapped it out right on the spot! AMAZING!! I did not expect that in my wildest dreams!!! Tourneau has my business for life!

Also, here's the original thread with pics:

Glad they took care of you. This is one for the books depending on the reviews we usually see.

Yesterday there was a post about a good experience with Capetown. Now this....

I think it's great and hope that these businesses are finally catching on about the reputations they have developed over the years.

But, for each, as far as I'm concerned they are single anecdotes that the "law of averages" would predict. It will take more positive feedback on both places before I'd ever do anything with them.

Richard is awesome. There are actually a few employees there who are really great. Wish some of them could work at other brands so they could get more liberal with repeat customer discounts, but I've spent a few pretty pennies at that exact location.
