Hi.

Question for the Mods or possibly Our Beloved Leader...

Is it ok to post a thread asking for sponsorship with a link to the "just giving" donation site?

I'm going to grow a moustache in November to raise money for mens health charities as part of what has become known as "Mo vember". My plan was to post a few pics as the month went on so everyone could have a laugh at my Mo and hopefully a few guys would care to donate.

I couldn't see anything against it in the rules and all donations would be through a long established safe intermediary (so no chance of me having my fingers in the till!).

I just wanted to check if this would be ok before I started rattling the collection tin!

All things considered Mark there are thousands of good causes all worth donating to and most of us have our causes.
IMO this would be the tip of the iceberg.
