The real question is...
Hello to all out there....have a big question here...i found a Sub 5508 in really nice condition, not crazy polished, typical scratches on face...original dial,hands,gilt...changed out bracelet to a 1972 USA Rolex...and the biggie here, the 1530 mvmt and butterfly rotor have been replaced by a 1520 mvmt and standard rotor...keeps time great but price wise, as i know the whole reason to make this piece worthy and why its sought after is for the original 1530 and butterfly....i have 2 other Rolex and its not like i want to flip this, i like the fit of the 37mm and it lays flat nicely. But as price?? Any ideas ...ive looked on the almighty trusty internet ..lol...for a round about price...

The movement is not worth nearly as much as the dial.

Would love to see the dial and hands and insert.
