New Incoming - 126710BLNR

I am really loving the jubilee bracelet on this watch. It is extremely comfortable, and in person, looks better than the oyster bracelet. Believe me, I have both :D

I know most members prefer the oyster bracelet bcz it is a sports watch but to me I think the jubilee fits it much better. It makes the maxi case look much slimmer and more streamlined.

We all know GMTs were initially designed for PAN AM Pilots and that profession is by no means a "sports" profession like the sub, or the explorer. Airplane pilots wear suits, not dry suits.

I think Rolex was absolutely right about adding the jubilee bracelet to the GMT line. I hope they come out with a Root Beer with a jubilee bracelet.

I wasn't a jubille fan until I saw it on the GMTs. It just suits the watch so well, gives it that authentic retro look. Waiting for my Pepsi to come in cant wait.

I have always thought the Jubilee looked better and professional on the GMT and your picture of them both in the same shot.. confirms it.

Very nice and congratulations!

Good looking trio, while my GMT trio is slightly different, I don't think anyone will disagree you have your bases covered.

I believe you, the jubilee is one of its kind bracelet design. So classy so eye catchy.
GMT is a classy each that is not designed to be taken into hard core wearing situations like the explorer or the divers. The choice Rolex did of bringing it back on the jubilee was spot on.

Nice! Congrats! I have to say I'm partial to the Jubilee myself, though the Oyster is no slouch. I don't think one could go wrong with either.

Nice pics, too!

The OP hit the nail on the head:
What the Jubilee did for me was to separate it from the Submariner and take the GMT more upscale. It gives the Sub and GMT lines a more separate and distinctive personality.
I loved the move with the BLRO and said if they did this with the BLNR, I was buying it.
The Jubilee is the next decade look of Rolex. It will be on more models to come.

Where some on this forum got all out of whack was when they were trying to make a “This vs That” comparison rather than to open their eyes and acknowledge Rolex is taking a new direction and image with the line. It’s just a new GMT chapter and nothing to be threatened by. Pepsi, Rootbeer, etc.. are all doing it but for some reason the BLNR was attacked and singled out with stupid new nicknames.

All three look great, I’m a jubilee bracelet guy myself. Couldn’t you just change out the jubilee on the Pepsi instead of having to buy another Batman?

Either way all three are great! Congrats and Enjoy!!!
