Damm I own a nice car!!!

Some of you know the story already. I inherited this from my stepfather of 20 years about three years ago. All those 20 he made me promise to take care of it after he was gone; so now I am. I feel a great pride of ownership, planning a cross-country trip this summer to visit his him (his grave). BTW, do all of you have my room ready?

I took it out for a spin today, what a beast! It’s a 95, just turned 49,000. Since I have owned it, I have only put on about 2,500 miles. I know, I need to drive it more.

Beautiful car with a beautiful story.
Love the fact that you’re driving the car "to go visit him". That’s touching. He must have been a man of great significance to you, Paul.

Paul I said it before, it’s a classic and you have indeed kept it immaculate. He would be so proud and I bet he would love to see you bring it to him to visit him in his place of eternity. Can’t wait to see the pics of your summer road trip!

Quazar Blue? C4 was a gorgeous generation the rounded square tail lights from the earlier ZR1 and those wheels ... Iconic . I had a 94 in Seafoam loved that car more so than my C5. If I happened to see a C6 ZR1 cross my path for sale I would definitely pick it up. I feel like that was the last true Corvette IMO

Fantastic car!!! Definitely a great Specimen there!!!

Lucky you have low curbs there .... that hood is really hard to judge without experience and the front valance height isn’t very forgiving.

Be careful pulling so far up in parking spaces. Luckily the curb seems pretty low, otherwise, that would not have been pretty.

Thank you for the kind words everyone.

And those of you with my rooms, you’re going to be awfully surprised when this weird looking guy knocks on your front door with a suitcase asking what’s for dinner
