Now I am getting threats from the Waseem guy. Screw this, I have done $2mil in business with ebay last year - time to throw some weight around. If anyone interested, I will keep you updated on these scum-suckers.

Just placed a call to eBay's Trust & Safety, spoke with a higher-up, let's see what transpires.

Problem is - I'm in US, he's in UK, what kind of recourse do I have? Also, UK Ebay is dragging their feet on taking any action - this is downright befuddling! I gave them ALL of the evidence, guess that is not enough...

After much pleading with ebay and basically building a case for them, showing that the three user ID's are related, that they intentionally tried to interfere with my auctions, I got all three user ID's suspended.

Thanks for all the updates on this Greg and congrats in getting them suspended. Helps some of us like me really learn what the heck is going on with these bad guys and the extent to which they will go to hide their scams.
