Stabilising lume

Will my 66 sub need the lume stabilising or will it gradually loose it if nothing is done ( owing to the fact that it is 40+ years ) ?

every watch is different. Depends on many different factors and how much the watch is worn. If you dont see any issues now i wouldnt worry about it. Enjoy that beauty and deal with problems if they occur.

i would not touch any lume unless its already damaged or cracked. What are they stabilizing it with? clear nail polish color etc. I have seen some dials and hands get really damaged months later as the material used to stabilize bled through, cracked or made the color change.
