SeaMaster Cosmic 2000

I have a Cosmic 2000 movement that is essentially new. It has been in drawer for 25 yrs, it was never worn since acquired. And that’s because it was missing the band and frame.

I bought a wrecked Cosmic 2000 for parts, and the frame and band are correct but BADLY worn. So, I’m looking for recommendations on getting the band and frame restored. The movement is perfect.

Any recommendations on shops that tackle stainless steel band and frame restoration ?

Unless it is the diver version, the cost of repair would far out weigh the value of the watch.

The band and frame are wearable as-is. The band is moderately loose, and the frame has typical dings. The movement needs nothing. Maybe autoeinder lubrication. (It’s running +/- 3 sec/day)

So, what is bracelet/frame refurb going for?

I haven’t spent much $ for the band/frame. Of course I don’t want to go underwater on it, but I do like the movement. (It’s no OP, but ... it can’t be a walk away. My 55 yr old OP is great, I think the Cosmic would be a great daily wear.)
