Just a beauty

Pictures truly do not do this watch justice. Each time I get it out of the box, I go "wow".

Pricey, yes - but definitely worth it!

Nothing better than that feeling you get every time you put on a watch you love. Love that bracelet.

Couldn’t agree more. It’s my favourite from a good few years of collecting.

Unfortunately mine has had to go back to omega (movement issue) so am having to make do with the BB58 blue for the time being! Thanks for sharing the pics. I was forgetting what it looked like!

Gorgeous watch for sure. I hope that movement will replace the 1861/3.

So soon with the issue?

I wear my watches in rotation, so unfortunately I'd probably miss out in any issues unless it was blatantly apparent (e.g. losing a minute in a day).

The power reserve went down to about 5 hours and not enough to get the chrono hand past 58 seconds. There’s a thread in the omega forums. There are 2 that a similar thing has happened to over there (one being mine) but per one of the resident watch makers omega have published a fix which could indicate they’ve had a few issues reported. essentially any watch behaving oddly should be sent in for a full service. Something to do with Extra lubrication needing to be applied to certain parts.
